A tear fell from her eye

Then she felt his hand

Warm and strong, without a word
She turned to him
He gathered her up
Filling the emptiness she felt
with tenderness and light
The sun shining on his golden hair
His touch healing, soothing
Reaching down into her soul
His love overwhelmed her
His passion overcame her
He wiped the tear from her cheek
Bent, he kissed her gently
Sending shivers through her body
And with his eyes he told her everything
As he took her by the hand
And together they stepped into the sun
